EZ2Stay is a hostel management platform: online check-in, self-check-in for guests, a digital guidebook, and per-bed billing for the hostel that runs it. It is built for hostels and bed-based stays, not for full-service hotels.
EZ2Stay is receptionless by design — the platform is built so guests can check in themselves online, without a staff member handling their documents or payment in person at a desk.
Access requires a hostel account. Subscriptions are billed per bed, monthly — see the Pricing page for current per-bed pricing and monthly minimums.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial, no card required, before any billing begins.
Use the platform only for lawful accommodation operations, and only for guests you're actually hosting. Don't attempt to bypass identity verification, access another account's data without authorization, or use the platform to collect data you don't have a lawful basis to process.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (payment processors, smart-lock networks, hosting infrastructure) can affect availability from time to time.
A detailed limitation-of-liability clause is not yet published on this page; nothing here is intended, or should be read, as a contractual limitation until it is added. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Romanian and EU consumer/business protection law — such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud — is never excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, with the courts of Romania having jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise regardless of choice of law.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated review date; continued use of the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
